Welcome to the website and application (the "Site") of Alpha Zero One Studio ("Creador," "we," "us," or "our") available at creador.a01.in. Creador is a platform enabling social media creators, businesses, and influencers ("Users") to automate their interactions, manage direct messages, and streamline their digital presence on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram using the Creador platform, which includes the Site, our mobile applications, and backend automation services (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect from Users (collectively, "you") via our Site, applications, and Service generally, how we use and share that information for our operational and commercial benefit, and your choices and rights concerning our information practices.

Alpha Zero One Studio is the controller of your personal information. By registering for, accessing, or utilizing the Service in any capacity, you expressly consent to the extensive collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy. 1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Commercial Information: We retain a detailed history of the funnels you build, the actions you automate, and the services you purchase using the Service.
  • Automation Configuration Data: We collect and store all rules, keywords, triggers, direct message drafts, and comment replies that you configure within our automation builder.

• Social Media Information and Meta API Data:

If you connect your Facebook or Instagram account to utilize our automation features, we will ask you to authorize our application via Meta Developer APIs, and we may permanently access and store:

  • Content Data: Your content on Instagram and Facebook, including your posts, reels, stories, drafts, and comprehensive engagement metrics (likes, comments, impressions, shares).
  • Profile Data: Your public name, username, bio, profile URL, profile picture, follower counts, and following counts.
  • Messaging Data: Due to the nature of our automation, we ingest webhook events for direct messages and comments. We process the content of messages sent to you, the identities of the senders, and the automated replies dispatched by our system.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you and your audience interact with your connected social media accounts.

• Internet Activity Information:

When you visit, use, and interact with the Service, we automatically receive certain information about your visit. The following information is created and automatically logged in our systems:

  • Log Information: Information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit the Site. This includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and exactly how you interacted with the Site.
  • Cookies Information: We utilize cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information to enhance our commercial insights.
  • Device Information: Includes the name of the device, operating system, and browser you are using.

  • To improve, monitor, personalize, and protect our Service: It is in our legitimate business interests to improve our Service, which includes enriching your user experience, preventing and detecting security threats, fraud, or other malicious activities, and monitoring system performance under load.
  • For Automation and Message Processing:Creador processes incoming webhooks (messages, comments, story mentions) to trigger your configured workflows. Your audience's content is processed to match your keyword rules and generate the automated outputs you defined. We do not manually review your audience's messages or your automated replies, except where necessary to investigate abuse, ensure safety, optimize our parsing algorithms, or comply with the law.
  • Research and commercial development: It is in our legitimate business interest to use personal information to develop, analyze and improve the Services and our business. As part of these activities, we may create or use aggregated, de-identified or other anonymized data from personal information we collect. We may use this anonymized data and share it, license it, or sell it to third parties for our lawful commercial purposes, including market analytics and promotional campaigns.
  • To comply with legal obligations and defend against claims: We may use your personal information to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal processes; protect our rights, privacy, safety or property; audit our compliance; and enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Services.

  • Vendors and Service Providers: To assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain services and functions, we may share personal information with providers of hosting services, cloud services, email communication software, advertising and marketing services, payment processors, and web analytics services.
  • Third-Party Platform Providers (Meta):In order to function, our system fundamentally integrates with Facebook and Instagram. Data must necessarily flow between our servers and Meta's servers. We do not control Meta's subsequent use of data once transmitted to their APIs.
  • Professional Advisors: We may share personal information with our lawyers, accountants, and auditors.
  • Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be shared in the diligence process and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that Transaction.
  • Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, prevent fraud, or protect against legal liability.

4. PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU MAKE AVAILABLE TO OTHERS

Due to the automated nature of our Service, the automated Direct Messages and Comment replies you configure will be publicly or privately transmitted to your followers and interacting audience on Facebook and Instagram. You are solely responsible for the content, privacy implications, and legality of the automated messages dispatched by our system on your behalf. We are not responsible for the actions of your audience or any downstream recipients of the automated information you choose to disseminate.

5. YOUR RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

Depending on where you are based, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. However, prior to any response to the exercise of such rights, we may require you to verify your identity.

Limits on your privacy rights: In many instances, your choices may be limited. For example, fulfilling a deletion request may be impossible if we need to retain logs to comply with our legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, or defend against legal claims. Furthermore, data already transmitted to Meta cannot be recalled or deleted by us.

You may opt out of marketing-related communications by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the emails we send you. We do not currently respond to or honor "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals transmitted by web browsers.

6. CHILDREN

Our Service is not directed to children who are under the age of 16. Creador does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The Service may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Creador. The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by their specific privacy policies. We do not imply endorsement of these sites.

8. SECURITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. We implement commercially reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal information. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. We explicitly disclaim liability for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or cyber-attacks. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Service or third-party platforms.

9. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Creador operates globally, and your personal information may be transferred to, and stored in, the United States or other jurisdictions. By using the Service, you explicitly consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may not provide the same level of data protection.
